1. Service
TinyTools provides lightweight Web/H5/PWA tools and Chrome Sidecar for everyday, office and developer tasks. Core features generally require no account and favor local processing. Tools, parameters and implementations may change over time.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use TinyTools for illegal activity, infringement, malware, attacks, interference, bypassing technical limits, abusive automation or other conduct clearly outside normal tool use.
3. Your content
You retain rights you lawfully hold in files, text and other inputs and are responsible for having permission to process them. TinyTools does not obtain ownership merely by providing local processing.
4. Outputs and professional advice
Outputs depend on the browser, input, parameters and open-source components. Verify important results yourself. TinyTools does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice.
5. Intellectual property and third parties
TinyTools branding, original interface, documentation and proprietary code are protected by applicable law. Third-party open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
6. Availability and commercial features
We do not guarantee permanent, uninterrupted, error-free operation or support for every browser, device or format. Advertising, sponsors, subscriptions or Pro features may be added later; no payment obligation arises without a clear purchase flow.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and as-available. Keep backups of important originals and verify outputs. Nothing here excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Restriction, updates and disputes
We may reasonably restrict clear illegal, abusive or security-threatening use. Updated terms will show a new date. Without limiting mandatory consumer protections, operations are principally governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with disputes first addressed through good-faith discussion.
