1. Scope
This policy applies to the TinyTools website, H5/PWA experience, web tools and Chrome Sidecar. If we later add accounts, cloud processing, payments or personalized advertising, we will update this policy to match the actual processing.
2. Local processing and device storage
Most image, PDF, text and developer tools run directly in the browser. The Web app may use IndexedDB, Service Worker and browser cache for a temporary workspace or static assets. Content dropped into Chrome Sidecar stays in the extension environment by default unless you explicitly open a web workflow.
3. Basic network information
Hosting, CDN, security and network providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, user agent, request time, requested URL, response status and security logs to deliver and protect the service.
4. Anonymous aggregate analytics
TinyTools may aggregate only tool/recipe slug, open/success/error/download event type and interface locale by date to improve ranking and product quality. We do not put filenames, file contents, pasted text, results, account IDs, advertising IDs or a persistent TinyTools user ID into this dataset.
5. Advertising and sponsorship
Web advertising and Extension sponsor placements are currently disabled by default. If enabled, they will be clearly labelled and this policy and any required consent controls will be updated according to applicable law and platform rules.
6. Third-party dependencies
Executable open-source dependencies used by TinyTools Web—including Vue and the image, PDF, compression, Markdown and QR libraries—are now pinned and bundled with the site under TinyTools-owned static paths rather than executed from public JavaScript module CDNs. Your browser still makes ordinary requests to TinyTools hosting/CDN infrastructure to load site assets.
7. Contact, retention and rights
If you email us, we receive the address, message and attachments you choose to provide. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal data we actually hold. Local device data can be cleared by you, and aggregate analytics do not create a user-level browsing history.
8. Security, minors and changes
We use HTTPS, local-first processing and least-privilege design to reduce exposure, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. TinyTools is not designed to intentionally collect children’s personal information. Material policy changes will be published here.

Optional third-party analytics
TinyTools Web uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand page visits, tool usage and interface experience. Visitors in Mainland China, the EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or an unknown region are asked for explicit permission first. In other regions analytics is enabled by default, and can be turned off at any time through “Analytics settings” in the footer. TinyTools does not send tool inputs, file contents, processing results, passwords or secrets as analytics parameters; advertising storage and ad personalization remain disabled.
